Two Step Process: Design & Build
Design: Like any project, the PLAN is the key to success. P. Robertson
Building Corp. has a number of floor plans available to you to start your new
custom home design process. We have also successfully established relationships
with designers and architects who have helped our clients generate quality house
plans.
Keep in mind, we will gladly review any plans you bring to us and will work
with the designer or architect of your choice. Whether you are designing a house
to meet the requirements of a growing family, simplifying a busy lifestyle, or
building the home of your dreams, our company is dedicated to creating the best
plan for you!
Once you have a design in mind, we work with you to personalize the home by
creating your own unique specifications from which we generate the cost of
construction.

Build: P. Robertson Building Corp. wants you to enjoy the construction
of your new custom home.
The internal systems we have in place will help to assure this goal. Our
three manual system will tell you what you need to know - when you need to know
it! It includes "Introduction to the Building Process", "Construction Manual"
and "Homeowners Manual; Care, Maintenance & Warranty."
You will also be provided with custom selection sheets and a schedule to
remind you when your custom decisions are due. This will enable us to order
products in a timely fashion and keep on target for our projected move-in date.
