Unlike most builders, our company schedules inspections, or "tune-ups", at
key times in the warranty period. Once you have had a few weeks to live in your
new home, you may notice a few things that need attention.
Simply make a list of items that need "tweeking" and we can schedule what we
call a 60-day warranty service.

And we won't let the end of your warranty period slip by without saying
anything. You'll be sure to hear from us after you have lived in the house for
eleven months. We want to make sure that every detail of your house is
fully functional at the time any item falls out of the limited warranty period.

We also like to educate our homeowners in the care and maintenance of their
home. Since a home is one of the most important investments you will make, we
want you to be able to maintain and enjoy it for many years to come. Before you
move into your new custom home, you will receive our detailed care, maintenance
and warranty information for almost every item in your home from Air
Conditioning to Windows.
