P. Robertson Building Corp is a full service design/build firm working with
the client and the architect/designer throughout the design and construction
process to create a home that fits the way the client lives.
The hallmarks of our business are attention to detail and customer service.
Our team members and trade contractors have been trained to focus on each piece
of the house that makes it a home. We concentrate on making the home building
process comfortable and enjoyable for our clients from the day the client signs
the contract, until long after they have moved into their new, custom home.
Page's great-grandfather, Nello
Teer, started a building legacy in North Carolina
in 1909 with a plow and two rented mules. The Nello L. Teer Co. became one of
the largest construction companies in the world, cutting roads through East
Africa and Central America, laying dams across the Ohio River, building air
bases in Iceland and Morocco, and tunneling under Washington, D.C. to create the
city's subway system.
Page is continuing the legacy started almost one hundred years ago by
striving to build a niche in the
custom home industry right here in Coastal Carolina.
Page is an avid deep sea fisherman and enjoys hunting when he gets the
chance. While Page takes immense pleasure in his burgeoning custom home building
business, his greatest joy is spending time with Ann, his wife of eleven years, and
their seven-year-old daughter.
